On Sat 28 Sep 13, I took my 1st ride from PTA to Centurion. On my way back I couldn't find my gold card in my hand bag I was then advised to buy a new one and loaded money in it. Later I recovered the card. I got confused when I was told that I couldn't use my new card & had to use my old card. I was attended to by Lupai who seemed very clueless about how the system works & was very impatient with me. He kept explaining & I still couldn't understand. He kept referring to the other teller as he was unsure of the process & he just left me at the counter still confused. Clearly he didn't give about me. As a customer facing employee he gets paid to assist clients and he should leave his bad attitude at home. I don't have to nag for service which I pay for & processes should be explained to us in lame man's language. Instead I was assisted by a Security Officer who then referred me to Lupai's Supervisor who then clearly explained the process to me. Something which Lupai failed to do instead he just gave me bad attitude, which is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
