70 Year old lady Powerless for the week-end

After the full-outstanding amount was paid, and although the pay date is only monday the 30th. The contractor went to cut off my mothers electricity yesterday afternoon at 16:30. She will now have to go without electricity for the entire week-end. Her cellphone could not be charged for her to phone for help.
