Who Is Ripping Who??

I have had endless complaints to your company and always get the same response. That you are looking into it and that you will have a consultant call me. Never have you called me and never have you tried to make it right. Every month my electricity bill goes up and up. Then you say it is not been estimated, but cant prove a day when your meter man comes to read my bill.By Law I have a right to be present when the reading is even taken but to which you say you want to charge me to have this done. I mean come on. Your company has the rudest people who only belittle the "common" man so to say seen that you guys think cause you giving us power you can play. Your company is from so many and you are not willing to prove or show otherwise. My wife and I live alone and we do not watch tv we have a gas stove and no kids most of the time in the day we are at work and at night we hardly stay up late. How can I bill of R 650 jump in one month to R 1200. Then when asked about it and the need to see the meter my self you cannot present this proof that you are not just estimating. Your company needs to be investigated for serious.
