Most of us hate maybe not hate rather don't like call centres because of their nature of making you wait for ever while you are trying to get assistance, especially when it comes to SARs and MultiChoice however I was very impressed yesterday when I called SARS. It was just befor 16H00, while trying to do my efiling I couldn't remember my password, the call took less than 10 minutes and I had my login details. Thank you to naomi she was very helpful.
