Refusal To Communicate When I Want My Money Back

I deposited money to file my annual return on 3 September 2013. I since I haven't used the online self-services, I incorrectly used the incorrect reference number when depositing money. Since this is an honest mistake, I browsed their website for details on such an error (which I'm sure is not uncommon). I emailed their help desk [Email Removed] to request assistance and I also emailed their revenue department which deals with allocations of funds and refunds [Email Removed] Up until today, there have been no responses. I called them on the day concerned and I waited on the line for over 20min before the call was ended.

Their blatant disregard for correspondence is appalling and as much as I am sure that they receive a lot of queries, 23 days is not an acceptable waiting period. I have now requested a refund of the money concerned as I will have deposited money into the correct account without their assistance. Keeping my money would just be criminal.
