I recently had the opportunity to go to the "NEW" branch of South African Revenue Services at Gateway in Durban.
The lines were long...
The service was prompt.
The staff that managed the lines was pleasant and helpful.
The staff at the help desks assisted and knew what they were talking about...
They requested documents for an audit.
This was provided.
There was no need for them to call me again requesting additional documents.
They got it right the first time.
The gave me an estimated time of evaluating of Tax Return.
THEY GOT IT ALL RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

...Please teach the other Depts in government how its done...
