Hopeless Plumbers! Don't know how to fix leaks!

13th April 2013 - they shut off water supply @ 5am due to a burst pipe in my area[Duffs Road Township] the issue is only resolved at 8pm! - Whole day without water. Yesterday evening[15th April 2013] they shut of fthe water again at 7pm am stilll waiting for water supply to be turned back on [16th April 8:30am! ] Seems to me that Ethekweni Water Dept. is emplying monkeys who can't read or write to do an artisan's job! Or perhaps the 3rd party companies being contracted have "friends"inside who ensure they get the jobs even though the people working for these co's are useless. Corruption is strife in the SA Gov. at most levels and departments so I'm sure Ethekweni Water Dept. is no different. Need to migrate to a country which ensures basic services of lights & water remain un-interrupted.
