WATER Disconnection without proper cause

COT is utterly useless.
Water was cu to our site. With the wrong account...
Our account is up to date as it is still a building site. COT disconnected the water supply, but
our account was up to date and they had no reason to disconnect services.
I have been spending almost 6 hours on the phone with the call center and this has still not been
sorted.

CITY OF TSHWANE IS USELESS!!!
