City of Tshwane Municipality
Unconstitutional and Unlawful Behaviou

Due to a misunderstanding between myself and the owner of the house that I live in, I fell into arrears in terms of the payment of my water and electricity bill. However, I went to the offices of the City of Tshwane to make the necessary arrangements for payments. They agreed that if I pay 60% of the amount in arrears and make arrangements for the outstanding balance, that they will not cut any services to the premises. Despite me holding my end of the bargain, they went and cut my water supply in total. It is against the law to cut the water in total and they are only allowed to reduce the supply. However, they cut mine. In the meantime I also went to pay the total outstanding amount requested, but to no avail. Still no water. Now, apart from not keeping there end of the agreement, they also unlawfully, stopped the supply of my water in total. And to phone there offices doesn't help a bit as they never answer the phone. Please help! I'm desperate!!!
