This man deserves a promotion

After three unsuccesful attempts to simply obtain a copy of a simple document, being given the wrong advice and treated like a juvenile delinquent by various staff members, it was a great joy and privilege to meet mr Alfred Setilo who not only gave excellent, detailed advice, but even assisted me in obtaining and completing the necessary forms. The cherry on top is that mr Setilo does not even work in the department where I was supposed to get the form. He outshone all the other staff who actually work in the department by being better informed, more helpful and more understanding. I sincerely hope that some senior person at Lengau will recognise his skill in dealing with the public and offering advice that is far more informed than that obtained from the incompetent people who are actually supposed to be doing this work.
