DON'T BUY A PEUGEOT

When I asked two people in Cape Town about purchasing a Peugeot, they both said that the cars are great, but the service is absolutely shocking. Why I failed to listen to their advice which was to avoid Peugeot, goes beyond me. The car is a beautiful vehicle, but the people that work there must probably all pass a BAD SERVICE TEST - if they pass that because they can deliver good service, they are in all likelihood, turned down. First, Angela from Cape Town fails to come back to me within 24 hours of asking a simple question saying that she was waiting for a reply from her service manager and then Kevin from Tyger Valley does not return my call to reply to the same simple question. MY ADVICE TO ANY PERSON IN THE WESTERN CAPE CONSIDERING A PEUGEOT, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. THEY ARE JUST INCOMPETENT AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS. (The question, by the way, was if one can use jumper cables to start a vehicle that starts electronically). Imagine how badly trained their service department is if they do not even know that!!!
