Documents issued to me belong to someone else

Double check all documents you receive from Richardsbay Traffic Department. They issued me with a Registration number belonging to a car. I had to pay R800 to rectify a mistake made by them, without so much as an apology from the Zandile (who claims to be the superior there) her lack of knowledge of decision making and lack of problem solving skills makes me wonder how she got that position if indeed she is the superior there. I was told by her to drive all the way to Empangeni for forms that she could have given to me herself. That means forking out more money for petrol unnecessarily only to find out that Richardsbay Traffic Department was supposed to give me those forms so I can correct the mistake the Department made. Not to mention that I had to take a whole day off work on a busy day. Still I had to put up with their rudeness & unprofessionalism.

Extremely unhappy about the service i got from Zandile (so called superior at Richards bay Traffic Department)
