Very bad service

For a few months now I have been trying to sort out the billing issues with my account like so many other people just to encounter personnel with bad attitudes. This has been going on for a few months now and every time we get told to come in. As we do just for them to tell us that the problem is solved now but wait... surprise next month the same issue again. What does a person have to do to pay your account??? Do we have no competent people left in our municipal system.
