HOME AFFAIRS HAVE SOLD MY VAULT COPY OF MY BIRTH

I have been battling with home affairs for a Vault Copy of my Birth Certificate since 2009.
After huge email battles with incompetent staff who take no responsibly for their actions or the pain caused in my life by their incompetence. They have lost/sold my Vault Copy of my birth certificate and now I have to pay the price!!! Then the new answer is to stamp your application and call it a Vault Copy and say job done. Unfortunately no embassy in the world accepts this piece of paper and we are once again back at "Ish' I don't know" cant wait to be out of this up dodgy crime ridden incompetent country for good.
