POOR SERVICE

The person who is responsible for paying maintanance for my daughter was in arrears for 3 months, I went to complain at the magistrates office and my case was scheduled for the 30th August 2013. When Ayanda arrived he told the admin clerks that he had come to pay and I was told that I could go home. What I fail to understand is that the admins didnt bother explaining nor asking him how much he was going to pay. They didnt even bother reminding him tht he's supposed 2 make the deposit before the 7th of each month. I dnt knw if that means everytime he doesnt make the deposit I'll have to go to the magistrates and do the same process everytime. I THINK THATS POOR SERVICE!!!
