Physical abuse and abuse of power by Midrand polic

It was on the 30 August 2013 at Boulders mall (at around 14:00 -16:00) in Midrand the above mentioned police men were chasing the BMW and catched the suspects as they were busy boasting in front of the crowd about the the big catch the so called commander of that team who was not wearing the uniform instructed constable Khoza to catch me because they were suspecting that I am taking pictures. They physically harassed me and forcefully put me in the van together with the suspects.the so called commander of the team boastfully harassed me in front of the big crowd and he took the my phone (as we speak now my phone is damaged).i was taken to a far away place and they took the suspects out and left me in the van suffocating because I am asthmatic and I was in pain from their abused.

After an hour constable Khoza forced me to sign a warning if I want to be released.i signed it because I was getting late for my family trip to KZN and I was worried about my car that was left in the mall with grocery.

This was a very disgusting action by the ill trained policemen with their commander who failed to lead the team professionally
