Is this ever going to be resolved!!!

I have had this issue for over a year. I was told by the call centre to send a letter regarding the problem with the billing on my account. I am sick of receiving a letter of demand at the end of every month. I have spent hours at their offices and countless hours on the phone trying to get this issue resolved.
I need the credit balances from account number: 1045 in name of K. Coetzer R4453.90 and 7525 in name of WHJD Pietersen R1000.00 to be transferred to the new account number of 5151 in name of K. Pietersen. This account is in arrears because the credit balances from the old accounts above where never transferred to the new account upon registration of the property into my name (K.Pietersen). I have attached to numerous emails all proof from the attorneys as requested before and sent before as well as a copy of my divorce order. Nobody gets back to me. Nobody can help me and nobody is interested in solving this problem. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
