My electricity account was closed October 2012 when I sold the house, Municipality confirmed that they need to refund me R4000 plus as i over paid them, January this I consulted a lady called Gloria in refunds section who confirmed that i need to come with the letter from the lawyers that states that i have to be paid back to my account, which i did, she said that money will be released after 6 weeks, I must keep checking her, I went to that lady more than 6x times to extent that she even recognised my face with no help, The last time i was in that office was this Monday 19/08/13 She then told me to do the enquiries myself at Journal section which i was once their i spoke to Solomon who also promised that he will follow up, This time around i spoke to Ethel who confirmed that this was supposed to be released from their office by Solomon before it reaches Gloria but he did not do anything about it, Ethel told me to go to another section to claim another money for sanitation and water before she release it from their section to refunds only to find out that the person (for water and sanitation) responsible is on leave and will come back September, and I must wait UNTIL HE
