They cut of my power by mistake

Dear Sir/Madam,
Yesterday[Monday] just before 16:00 my electricity was cut off. I duly reported the power failure. At 22:00 I received a call to say that my circuit breaker was missing, after some conversation I worked out that this indicated that perhaps someone [a tswhane technican? ] had removed it. I was told that the electrical technicians could do nothing further and that I needed contact the accounts section. I duly contacted the accounts section the following morning. I was told by the accounts section that there was nothing they could do as my account was in fact fully paid up. I was then told to phone the electricity section. I did so and after some discussion it was indicated to me that in fact my neighbour was the one who was meant to be cut off and that during the course of the day my electricity would be switched back on, . As my electricity was not switched back on by 15:00 today I have tried to make a number of phone calls but NO ONE is listening. Not sure what to do at this point. There is no alternate supplier and I guess I will have no power again tonite.
