Absolutely Pathetic

How much longer am I going to have to wait for a water and lights bill? You go in and fill in applications and they send you off saying that they will contact you, but they don't. Absolutely incompetent!!! And then not to mension, you phone and they shout at you. Wow... and this is what you pay for.
