Nissan South Africa
HAVE NOT RECEIVED LICENSE FOR VEHICLE SINCE SEP 12

Cars & Transport

I purchased a second hand vehicle on the 13 September 2012 for Imperial Nissian Boksburg. The service up to the completion of the sale was outstanding and I was really impressed. However, in saying that I have still not received the registration and licensing of the vehicle, 5 months later. I have followed up with Luke to be told that the car needs to be roadworthy again and we have to bring the car in, I was not happy about this situation. Then I was told that they would make a plan and arrange the license to be delivered. Luke would get back to me and advise on the situation. Still nothing. I'm extremely disappointed in the way this sale has been dealt with, the service was fine up until we drove the vehicle off the floor and thereafter it's a case of "we've made our money" so I don't need to offer any after sales service.
I would like either of two things to happen; the money I paid over for the registration and licensing, as well as the admin fee, as there was surely no admin done on this of R2950.50 and I will arrange for the registration and licensing myself or alternatively the licenses to be deliver within a reasonable time and that it's not of inconvenience to me.
