Vehicle to be cleared & licence disc to be issued

I was told by traffic department that vehicle is no longer under my name anymore it has been re-registered when I went for vehicle licencing. The details of my vehicle were obtained and a vehicle was registered on the record of the vehicle. It was illegally re-registered from the names of the Title holder MFC.

The bank investigated the case and manage to get the vehicle and I was told to pay the amount of R348.00 at Pretoria licensing authority only in order the vehicle will be re-instated. I went to pay the amount but since I am the owner not the title holder was asked to produce the natic document which is still with the bank.

Mr Lucas said he can assist me as he is based in pretoria and Im in Mpumalanga province, so I send him the money via e-wallet.

I contacted him this morning 25/01/2013 to find out how far with the reinstatement of registration of my vehicle after several times of phoning him to find out about the progress and promise me to get back at me. He told me that I must not pressurize him must wait for him to inform me because he asked for the proxy guy to take i to traffic department but he refused to give me the details of proxy.
