Residential electricity: No assistance

Complaint: 472 Monica Rd, Lynnwood, Pretoria. Occupants 80 year old couple. Tree fell on electricity box 5 weeks ago. Took 2 days to repair. Same problem again 30/10/2013 till 4/11/2013. Three reference No: 1203, 199/03, 172/04. Various calls, ijcluding ward counciler before action. Same problem from 11/11/2013. Three reporting references: 752/2013 on 11/11/2013 and 486/12 on 12/11/2013. Still no response. I am reporting on behalf of my 80 year old parents (FCF Theron). They have not received any assistance and due to the electricity being off, their alarm is not working, gates cannot close and loss due to refrigiration that does not work. They were prevented from obtaining the services of a privat electrician as the municipality prevents private contactors from working on the electricity pole.
