1 Year and still awaiting my deposit back

I have sold my home a year ago and was asked to pay R12000.00 deposit until the house was registered on the new owners name. The house was registered in June 2012. I'm still waiting for my deposit after enquiring every other month, complaining EVELYN at the Benoni accounts said she had actioned the payment and it had been approved, that was 2 months ago and I'm still waiting for the payment. Have called the attorneys to find out if my money was there, still nothing. Just to get some sort of response I have been asked to call no less than 15 numbers! All of which push you from pillar to post until I got the person responsible and still 1 year later I'm still awaiting for my money. I am a single Mother and I need my money with interest over the year that they have used it. And I have got another account this week from Ekurhuleni???
