On the 13/08/2013 at about 4am we reported that our cables were and that we do not have electricity. So whoever we spoke to told us they "tired" which I find absolutely pathetic. Up until this hour nothing has been done every time we call we get told either they dont have the equipment or the cable or some lam excuse. useless people it is winter we have kids that need to go to school no hot water and yet we paying taxes for this pathetic services for someone to tell us they tired while they working and I'm paying their paycheck.
