We need a public library

I'm a South African Citizen and reside in Cape Town at Gugulethu, Section 2 what i want to complain about is that in section 2 we have 3 high schools and -6 primary schools but our children have to go all the way to section 3 to access library resources because we don't have a library in section 2 and its very dangerous for our children to walk all the way to section 3 and we don't always have money to give them to take a taxi.so please all I'm asking for is for city pf cape town to consider building a public library in section 2.
