On 8 July i phned the 0113755555 number to log a call for a drain cover to be replaced. Nothing was done. on 25 July i again phoned City power JHB (City water) and logged another call. This time i spoke to MUNENE and she was so helpful and pleasant. Within a few days the drain cover was replaced. The job they done was horrific as they never put our paving stones back properly or secured it. However on Wed 31/7 we noticed they'd come back and secured the paving and put everything back the way it was. But my shout out goes to MUNENE who was so helpful and promised that she would make sure this problem gets attended to. Now that's what i call Good Customer Service.
