I had a blocked drain at my residential unit. I called the Drain Surgeon and an appointment was made for the same day at a time that suited me, after work. Two guys were send to unblock the drain with the leader named Jefferson. I have a tree in the back of my yard, which was the cause of the blocked drain. These guys first inspected the site for possible causes for the blocked drain. They used their router with several "heads" to cut and remove the roots from the drain, and cleared the blocked drain - all within an hour. It has been a long time since I have had such friendly, efficient and helpful service. Their rates was also the best out of 3 quotes I got.
