Obscene Parking charges

1st time user of the Trains service between JHB and and Centurion. Parked my car the Marlboro Station, Bought a card and hopped on the train bound for Hatfield, at 05:30

Attended three meetings and as my associate was returning to JHB we came back by car and I was dropped of at the Marlboro station at around 10:00 Only to find that my parking ticket cost R85.00 to release my car.

When I picked this up with young lady cashier, I was told you are "supposed" to come back by train, - I AM SUPPOSED TO DO WHAT?

Nowhere at the station is there any information on this, the Parking area has a hourly charge rate for parking

When I called the Customer Service number a gent took down all my info and my complaint and promised to call me back with a case number... well I never got that call... so I re reported it with a young lady when she could not find anything on her system related to the earlier complaint that was lodged.
