MunicipalityWater likage causing damage in my yard

A query was raised with the municipality in May for the water likage in the Municipality valve with reference number 789451 and there was no action, which i did a follow up only to find that it was closed without fixing anything, and anew reference was issued again on the same query with reference number 837545, which they indicated that it will be treated as an urgent issue, but still no solution. and im so confused as this water is flowing in my yard and it has caused a huge damage, im so scared as now it going directly to my house. Please help i dont have any solution i have tried so many times for the Municipality to sort this thing out but its been a mission impiossible.
