3 months to calculate arrears on defaulting fathe

The last payment for maintenance was made in May 2011 (and that was a payment on arrears). Mr Ndingane said that they could not contact me although my address and details are the same as they were since dealing with this maintenance department from 1999. I appeared with the defaulter Mr Rudien Holman and the case was postponed in order for the arrears to be calculated, upon returning on the next court date the arrears had still not been calculated because auditors were there. It has now been three months and they have still not been able to get the arrears worked out. And this court has still not been able to enforce an order placed by themselves since 1999. The defaulting father has never paid the amount on the maintenance order as he has always been in arrears since 1999 and the court seems not to be able to do anything about this!!
