21 April 2011 spoke to maintenance officer and mr Kingsley took all my documentation (consent form for R2000 maintenance from JHJ Barnard and previous maintenance order for R1500) all as requested by the officer with me and JHJ Barnard.
Kingsley promised to sort it out. So from that date R2000 p/m maintenance was paid by JHJ Barnard. But then he fell behind on payments and are estimate of R13 000, behind went to court, file missing. Many phone calls etc they found it and now as per Rosemary no R2000 maintenance order. Only R1500.

now they all have different stories of not all the info as requested etc etc. but nor I or JHJ Barnard was informed and until today he still is under the impression he should pay R2000 and making excuses for not doing so. What should I do? I'm in desperate need of the outstanding amount!!! And they all (Kingsley, Rosemary, Taiclar Masemola, Mogale Dinah are ignoring my request for help. I did everything requested by them to do and they failed to do their work and now it is my problem... it doesn't work like that and I'm not accepting it.
