Incompetent staff

I ask the lady at the counter to check how much is on my card and see how much i need to put on my card to pay my parking.

I had ending up to reverse at parking exit as I did not have enough to pay parking.

This is service in SA is up to due to people get employed just because...

I personally will advise all people not to make use off the staff as all of them are stupid and you will end up with shame and then its not even your fault.

Personally I will never use the quatrain for transport AGAIN!!!
