Verbal abuse at Gautrein Hatfield parking

I was waiting in the cue to exit the Gautrain Parking in Hatfield (traffic was bumper to bumper) when the parking attendant starting shouting at me to stop, I was not even moving at that time because there was a car in front of me. The guy just kept shouting at me without end. He was not wearing a name tag. I am sorry but I don't have to deal with that after a long day at work (which is keeping the economy alive unlike useless parking attendants with bad attitudes). I will never use the Gautrain again! The experience that I have had today is just another reminder of the bad service and bad attitudes that service providers display. I indirectly pay the parking attendant's salary I wonder what would happen if less and less people use the Gautrain? Who will pay the salary of mr bad attitude then? Tomorrow I will commute again using my own transport because I don't have to take verbal abuse of a Gautrain employee and I am tired of pretending to life in a first world country with service and people willing to work!
