Pathetic feedback skills

After several telephone calls and registered documentation regarding a pension claim, get I just NO feedback from the "legal" section.

I submitted my claim is April, and to date I could get nothing from the legal department.

On 16 July I got the following mail from the legal dept: "Your case will be investigated urgently and you will be provided with feedback before close of business today"

Well, today it is the 18 of July 2013 and the close of business on the 16th is long gone...!!

I'm a single mom and have to take care of me and my child, I need the money urgently. I rent an apartment at great expense and have no transportation

It is absolutely unacceptable to me!
