Pension not paid out in time

I Resigned from my job 2013/02/01 and still did not receive my pension. Every time you phone the call centre, they tell you that your claim is still with legal.nothing is outstanding and they even ackowledge that payment is long overdue. I phone twice a week. I even spoke to a supervisor Nico and he promised me that he would come back to me. He never did. After that he were never available again. Then i tried another supervisor Kennith. Nothing!! I am not allowed to talk to legal dept.
I dont get any feedback. I even email them. No response!! All my calls are being recorded. So nothing can be denied. More than 7 months now. The bank wants to reposess my house and vehicle and my other debt collectors want to take me to court. I think i must sue the gepf for all my losses. People working with claims must remember that they are also government employees, and that is not a way to treat your fellow colleqeus
