Bad Service

I would like to report bad service and bad attitude from SASSA employees at Maponya Mall. My moher went to apply for her pension grant and she has been turned away 4 times already. Old and disabled people get to sit and wait from 6am for these so called models to arrive at 8am, as soon they get to work they start chatting their lives away. My mother sat there from 6h15 to 4h14 only to be turned away to come back later. Its a shame that there's still incompetent people in jobs whilst there are people who are looking for jobs. They are arrogant, rude, incompetent, the left hand is not talking to the right hand. my mom collapsed on her way back from those office to home because of hunger and thirst, thanks to a good samaritan who took her to the nearest doctor. I will report this to the highest office until I'm blue in the face
