Apalled by the way elderly are treated by sassa

My mum has been to sassa about 8 times in the past 2 weeks with no results, each time she sees a different consultant they have different requirements, they have no idea or they are just being nasty, they asked my mum for a certain document so she came home, got her documents and returned to sassa only to be told that she should come back another day as they need to go for lunch and have other work to do.this is totally wrong, I witnessed how rude and unhelpfull they can be .my point is that the government appointed them for a certain purpose but they are not fullfilling it, thousands of old people evn sickly peope get to the offices as early as possible just to sort out their problems only to be turned away after 10 to 12 hours of waiting patiently, where's the justice, these people working here don't care, they are rude and arrogant, and behave as if they are doing favours for these people, this needs to be sorted, this cannot happen, they need to give a list to the people about the requirements so that they get it one time and sort it out, but the problem with the consultants, please sassa please recruit people who know what they doing and who have some patience and compassion
