Am disappointed and very concern about Maponya mall SASSA service.

My mother has been trying to re-register and struggling to get it done. The first she went to maponya from 8am and she was cut out at 4:30pm from the queue and was told she must come back next time because they were closing for the day, second time she tried her luck again, went there and got there at 7:55 and she was told to go back because she was late and they don't allow people in at 8am.

This is not acceptable at all and it is human exploitation. My mother is not in condition to be doing this up and downs.

Why are they doing this to old people and sick people? Do they really have to go through this?
