MY SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE WAS IN MY POCKET ON FRIDAY THE 24TH JAN WHEN THEY SAID THE WEATHER DID A UPDATE AND I COULD HAVE PUT THE AUTOMATIC UPDATE ON. BUT FOR THE WEATHER YOU GET AUTO REFRESH AND HOURLY SETINGS MY SERVICE PROVIDER SENT ME THE DATA TIME AND DURATION OFF THE UPLOAD IT WAS FOR MORE THAN A HOUR AND A HALF CONTINIUOSLY THAT NIGHT 7PM, AND IT HAPEN AGAIN ON SATERDAY MORNING AT 2AM AND ON SUNDAY AGAIN. WHEN I CONTACTED SUMSANG THEY JUST SAID NO YOU HAVE TO PAY, I HAVE USED SAMSUNG PHONES THATS FOR ME THE BEST PHONE BUT KNOW I WILL CHANGE TO BLACKBERRY THATS FOR SURE. EVEN IF YOU PRESS ON THE SAMSUNG NOTE THE REFRESH BUTTON IT DOWNLOAD THE NEW WEATHER IN COUPLE OFF SECONDS BUT NOT FOR A HOUR AND A HALF.. THATS FOR SURE. THE PHONE HAD A GLIDGE AND SUMSUNG DID NOT EVEN ASKED ME TO TAKE IT TO SAMSUNG STORE TO CHECK OUT. ALL THEY SAID YOU MUST PAY AND THE SETTING WAS SET ON BY ME.. I USED THIS PHONE FOR 9 MONTHS PLUS MINUS AND NEVER IT GAVE ME THAT PROBLEM, IF THIS WOULD HAPEN TO A STUDENT IT WOULD COST THEM THERE STUDY MONEY ITS COSTING ME R5500.00 EXTRA ON MY ACOUNT ONLY FOR 5 GIG THAT WAS DOWNLOADED BY THE WEATHER APP . IF SOMEONE HAD THE SAME STORY PLEASE SHARE WITH ME.
