TRAFFIC FINE SENT WITH SUMMONS

Hi there, i receved a letter yesterday in the post from the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality ststing i had recieved a traffic fine on the 20/05/13 at 07h45. The registration belongs to me FTB427EC but the description of the vehicle is not mine, i cannot view any photo online and do not have time to go into the traffic department for hours to get a photo.

i will not pay anything until a photo is proven to be my VW Polo, not a Toyoa Combi - Mini Bus as they say. I have tried to contact 6 numbers both PE and Uitenhage but NO ONE ANSWERS!!! PATHETIC SERVICE.

This is a inconvenience to me to sort this fine out - is there any way they can email me a photo or give me advice on what i should do as i work a Mon-Fri job 08h00-16h30.
