No response to email or phone calls!

I received a fine of R600 in the mail for travelling 115km/h in a 100zone from the Ubuntu Traffic Department. I phoned because I was questioning the large amount of the fine for such a small offence (the internet suggested R250 to R300 would be a fair fine for that transgression) I also asked about the place of the fine to get confirmation and ask a few questions about the fine and I was given an email address to write to.

After sending an email of these questions on the 6th Feb 2013 and getting no response I subsequently got a court summons on the 21st March!

I again phoned and asked to have my questions answered and the photo sent. Only after another phone call I finally got the photo but nothing else, even though I was told I would get a response. After sending 2 more emails (March 21 and April 3) and still hearing nothing I decided to write to Hello Peter at the suggestion of a friend.
