Horrible roads

The gravel road leading to our farm (D640 and D642 in the Eastern Cape), is in a horrible condition! I have been residing here for close to two years, and part of the road has not been repaired once! It is worsening day by day, and it takes forever to travel to and from work. The bad road also damages our vehicles. I do not know where to go with this complaint, as the Department's website does not want to submit my complaint.
