City Power has "Doctors" conn / reconnecting

It is about time the good people marched on the Randburg Municipal offices!!
My electricity was disconnected in ERROR! due to a late delivery of my account, and then I recieved NO potential termination notice and was simply cut off!
The matter was resolved the exact same day and yet we had to wait a FULL WEEK for our power to be reconnected!!
To add further insult to the injury we had to throw out the entire contents of our fridge and freezer.
My new account R2, 101.58 of which R543.49 is my actual electricity usage the rest is disconnection fees and reconnection fees PLUS VAT!!
I suspect that there must be some untoward relationship between the "private" company (Kubahki Contractors) that performs the services and the Municipality! otherwise why would they accept such an absolutely ridiculous service fee? R1, 482.00!!!
I would also ask why the Randburg Municipality has contracted a service provider based in Mayfeild deep in Johannesburg SOUTH to send their "doctors" all the way to Randburg in their ferrari's to perform disconnection and reconnection services when HORDES of local electricians would dearly love to perform so simple a task for this "get rich quick"!!!
