17 Winder Street Umkomaas Never Tarred

I Have send the below complaint in two weeks ago and I am still waiting for response regarding this.
I need to know when the rest of the road will be tarred? There is a cr? che opposed my house and the road is used a lot by people dropping there kids off ext. The road is so bad that it makes it difficult to use the road with a normal vehicle. This has cussed a lot off damage to our vehicle!

You might be very surprised to find out that this is the only road in the entire Umkomaas that has not been tarred ever! I am currently very upset as we have been trying for years to get our road tarred. As on photo attach you will see road was tarred only till after my neighbours gate and all the sand was taken away for him as they were busy building ext and had a lot of sand outside there yard.

I am starting to think he might have contacts at our local town board to get all this done for them.
