Cut off without reason

We have been cut off. Our council bill is up to date, yet, for some inexplicable reason, our electricity was cut on Wednesday. It is now Friday, and after two visits to Randburg council, there was no reconnection yet, even though they promised a reconnection - It is now 4pm on Friday, and we're still off - and as you all know, these people only work to 3pm, so we will not be switched on, so we will be without electricity for the entire weekend.

We can't bath or shower, our food in the fridge and freezer is spoiling, we can not do washing and ironing, and dishes, and we can not even rent a DVD for some pass-time fun. We are going to be left in the dark for the entire weekend.

The gross incompetence and the empty promises made by City power is absolutely ridiculous.

Then thney ask why people are immigrating.
