We usually have a bus driver for our 16:30 bus and 16:45 bus late in the afternoon. We have been experiancing problems with the 16:45 bus as the driver had an operation and did not come, we did not have a problem that much as the 16:30 bus comes everyday (big up to mike). Now mike has gone on leave form the 07 june-25 july, we dont have any buses at all. I have loaded a monthlly tag and i dont have a budget to get a taxi as i know i have a tag. Please advise what must we do with this regard?

We where promised that buses will be here and nothing is happening. If management does not sort this problem out they might as well give us our money back and we can have other means of transport
