WAKE UP THIS IS NOT SAFE!!!

I am sick and tired of these buses, I take a 45 in the morning, and almost everyday the 6:50 bus doesn't show, or is late, this resulting in the driver picking up 50 standing people. The same happens in the afternoon when i take a 42, 43, or 44. Are there not any rules or regulations in the amount of people these drivers allow onto a bus??? cause there are BIG signs clearly stating the max amount seated and standing passengers. its so full, u cant get off!!! They squash in right up to the windscreen and even the steps. Maybe u need to circulate more buses in the times when people go to work and come home again... Something needs to be done. Other wise i'm gonna take photos, and have reporter's investigate this matter cause its NOT SAFE!!!
