For a government institute you are PATHETIC!!!

I am awaiting a payout from liberty life and each time they submit a tax directive it gets declined. 5 applications were done for a tax directive and each time it declined. i called your call centre on about 10 occasions and each person i speak to provides me with different information!! do all of you not work on the same system? do you not all see the same information? after recieving no luck from the call centre, i eventually decided to go to sars to sort this out once and for all. After standing in the line for over 2 hours i eventually recieved "help" from some who didnt know left from right!!!

if someone does not make contact with me by cob today, i will placing complaints on every single social media possible.

your service is the most pathetic service i have EVER recieved!!!

YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO ASSIST YOUR CUSTOMERS INSTEAD YOU FRUSTRATE THE OUT OF US!
