This situation is becoming very frustrating.

My wife applied to have her new company registered. This was in March 2013 that we did the application etc from [URL Removed]

We are nearing June 2013 and all we are getting is excuses. The owner tells us, that we can't register the company under her married surname, because it does not show as such on your
System on her ID, it still shows her maiden name, thus creating a problem. We have spoken to various people at Department Home Affairs, and their system is correct and updated, and shows
The information of her married surname, as issued in her ID document, and certified by the SAPS.

Now why is this our problem now? We want to conduct business, I have to register with other companies to do so, but I can't because they require my business forms. Hence me losing business and an income because of a problem beyond my reach.

Could someone please look into this, and resolve this issue asap, or inform me on who I can contact in this regard to get this sorted out asap. I tried to phone, no joy in any answer, nor from emails.
